Cleveland NC Christmas Parade

The Cleveland Lions Club will sponsor the 46th annual Cleveland Christmas parade, which will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 2:00 PM.

The Cleveland Christmas parade has been an annual event since the first one in 1972. It has always showcased local folks and activities. Entries are accepted in regular, religious, antique (auto, truck, and tractor), commercial, king/queen, humorous, and horse categories.

Our parade still allows horses (which will be positioned behind the marching entries), and we still allow candy to be tossed (small, individually-wrapped pieces, and no lollypops). Previous parade attendance has been estimated between 2,000 and 3,000 spectators, mostly Cleveland, Woodleaf, and Mt. Ulla residents.
