'The Color of Motion' - An Art Exhibit

Join us for the newest art exhibition at the Salisbury Business Center! "The Color of Motion" features the original works by Bruce White, Abigail Young, and Emery Partee IV.

Bruce White: Bruce White's gallery, studio, and painting lessons can be found at Wild Mountain Designs and Art in beautiful Historic Farmington, NC. Bruce has traveled extensively, finding beauty in the landscapes and fueling his passion for landscape design and painting, saying, “My wish is that my paintings bring you as much joy as I felt viewing nature throughout the world. To me, landscapes make a room feel larger and the air seem fresher."

Abigail Young: Best known for her culinary artistry at Abigail's - a cake affair in downtown Salisbury, this local artist also has a way with paint brush and canvas, bringing life and light to each piece of work she envisions. Florals bloom off the canvas - dancers swirl into the room . . . each piece alive with energy, color, and expression. Her cakes are well-known works of art in this area . . . but she says, "Sometimes I paint actual canvases." Of course!

Emery J. Partee IV: Emery's art is perhaps the most diversified we've seen from a local artist: Watercolor, acrylic, oils, pastels . . . you name it! Landscapes, buildings, bridges and dancers . . . each with detail and clarity. Emery has been practicing his art for years . . . and it shows!
