Three Day Silent Meditation and Yoga Retreat

This retreat is open to everyone from April 6th at 11am to April 8th at 2pm —from beginners to advanced Yoga retreatants. Those who are new to meditation or to Yoga practices will receive full instruction; those with experience will have the space to explore more deeply.

You will have the opportunity to:
•Reconnect with your inner guidance and wisdom 
•Unwind in a tranquil and natural landscape
•Gain insight from the guidance of experienced instructors
•Relax and strengthen the body and mind through a variety of Meditation and Yoga classes, Nature and Labyrinth walks, Massage, Reiki and so much more. 

Guests will be nourished with Vegetarian (cooked and raw) meals. Vegan and Gluten Free options are available upon advanced request. 

There will be Free Blocks throughout each day. This is a time where guests can choose from a variety of unscheduled things to do (nature walk, labyrinth, journal, meditation, sleep,) In addition, our guests will be able to sign up for optional services including Massage (75.00 for 1 hour) and/or Reiki (75.00 for 1 hour). 

Our goal is for every guest to leave feeling relaxed, peaceful and connected to their highest spiritual selves.
